spring break fun

We had BIG plans for spring break but Arkansas weather is always so unpredictable. It was beautiful leading up to our break and then it turned cold and wet. We still had fun but had to resort to indoor activities – Andrew’s favorite day was spent at Chuck E. Cheese’s!

This was his first time and he LOVED it!
He has been asking me to take him forever and since it was too cold for the zoo - Chuck E. Cheese it was. We spent the whole day there with my mother, sister, nieces and nephews.

I was looking through my old pictures of Adrianna's
first trip to Chuck E. Cheese and realized I had taken a similar picture... She was 4 years old here. Don't they look
like twins!?!?

Spring Break + Cousins + Chuck E. Cheese's = HAPPY

st. patrick's day...

Andrew and Adrianna camped in the living room trying to catch leprechauns but again had no success. They woke up to a big mess and found that everything had been dyed green.

Andrew refused to drink his green
milk and lucky charms! Good thing his
Meme Trisha was here to spoil  cook him oatmeal!
She is staying with us over Spring Break since I have to work and Jeremy is leaving for Washington, D.C.

Happy Green Day - May the luck of the Irish smile on you!

Memories Made @ the Farm

Remember me saying I was going to incorporate the farm more on my blog with the "Memories Made @ the Farm" series HERE - I said it would be random but didn't plan on going this long without posting.

While Jeremy has spent almost every weekend working at the farm - the kids and I have not. Our weekends have been jammed packed with cheer, birthday parties, solo/ensembles, homework, housework, etc.

However, this past weekend, we had a completely free schedule so we took advantage and escaped to the farm. We helped plant onions, broccoli and cauliflower
{I think Jeremy was happy to have the extra help!}
Saturday was beautiful - great day to be digging in the dirt!

Andrew was looking for the perfect flowers. He picked a bouquet for me, Meme Kathy and Great Aunt Betty. #precious little boy

I am happy that spring is almost here - sunshine,
rainbows and warmer weather mean we can spend more days at the farm!
