And the First Place Trophy goes to….

…The Pottsville Apaches Cheerleaders!

I am so proud of these girls! They were so determined to take home 1st place that they sacrificed their summer break {two weeks before jamboree they practiced every week night}. They never complained about the heat, bugs or being too tired. They stayed focus & kept smiling! It was evident they were prepared… their performance was flawless!

We usually have to wait about 15 minutes before they announced the winner but this year it took longer. The judges needed the cheer coaches and then the district cheer commissioner to come up to the announcer box for questioning. (Yeah it’s that serious) Since it would be a while they decided to start a new football game. We ended up having to wait until half time before they told the winner {it felt like an eternity to me} … Immediately after they announced the winner it started thundering, lighting and raining so everyone left in a hurry so  I didn't get any pictures until today.

Now that jamboree is over the girls are focusing on football season! They’re learning a new dance so they can perform with the high school cheerleaders in September. Whoever said Cheerleading is not a sport must never had a cheerleader.

My Beautiful ‘Sixth Grader’

Adrianna started back to school and LOVES it!

She switches classes so she gets to see all of her friends throughout the day and she has the best teachers.

I love how she feels too cool to be getting her picture taken! haha cute girl!

This should be a great year!

as much as i hate to feel like summer has come to an end and school has started again,{boo}

i am ready for fall and all that comes with it… cool weather, football, cheerleading and the leaves turning colors.

Lake FUN

Jeremy & I packed up Saturday and headed to the farm. It was wonderful to get out of the city and just enjoy the slow pace life {especially after the stressful week I had at work}. We went straight to the lake for a little tubing & we were the only people there! It was like having our own personal lake! LOL

Jeremy tried his hardest to throw me off but I am too good! HA HA
At first Adrianna was a little edgy but before we left she was yelling for her daddy to take her over the BIG waves! ;)

I love this girl!

So much fun!
We almost had the lake to ourselves but someone else was swimming with us. ;)

We got an unexpected surprise on Sunday... It rained! After the 100 degrees weather we’ve been having it was great! The kids had a blast playing in it. I love watching my precious kids playing together. Andrew tries so hard to keep up with his big sister.

Aren't they cute ;)

After all the rain Jeremy took the kids to the pond to fish. They loved it for about 10 mins and then it was time to do something else.

Andrew is so proud HA HA
