Kiss Us, We're Irish!

Since neither of my children took after their daddy... I have 2 Irish kids! They are very proud of their Irish Heritage. This year the leprechauns came and brought them treats. We woke up & found gold coins all over the counter and lots of treats. Sneaky little guys!

For supper we had pizza & cheese sticks with green ranch dressing! Adrianna was a little grossed out and didn't want to eat it. HA
We spent the rest of the evening watching American Idol!! I {heart} this show!! We have been hooked on this show for the past 4 seasons and can't miss a night of it. Right now our favorites are Chris, Adam & Scott. I actually hope Chris wins! He is from Arkansas so that would be awesome!!

He looks so handsome!

New Year's Eve

This is the table Adrianna & I decorated for the party

Adrianna looked so pretty!

Adrianna & Andrew dancing the night away

Andrew couldn't take anymore.... He partied out!

We had an awesome new year's eve party Wells style! Jeremy and I decided to stay in and party with the kids this year. Adrianna & I spend all day decorating the house and cooking food! After dinner we turned on the music and danced. Even Andrew got in on the action... He was head banging and dancing! It was too cute! LOL

Christmas Day 2008

I Love everything about this day ! The anticipation of morning , the presents, & being with my family. But mostly i love the "spirit" of Christmas. The love you feel for others throughout this time of year! I just have a much greater love to want to serve others and be a better person.

I was awoken at 6:45 am by Adrianna. She came into our room excited because she had already seen the presents under the tree and looked in everyone's stockings. She was dying to go open all her presents! Andrew on the other hand was sound asleep in his crib. HA

I carried him into the living room and when he saw his shinny red wagan that Santa left for him he came alive! He ran to it as fast as he could and tried to get in. The kids were so fun to watch open their presents and play with all their Toys. My favorite all day has been Adrianna's excitement of the half empty plate of cookies and Milk. She just loved that Santa had left her a little note saying thank you and how proud he was of her! Oh to be 9 yrs old again!

My sweet babies!

Andrew is ready to ride!!

Adrianna & her loot... She was so excited that Santa had brought her a new red DS Game!!

After we opened presents & ate a big breakfast with Jeremy's parents, grandfather, & brother, we went to Aunt Bennie's house for a Christmas party! She always cooks the best food.

Andrew loved his little red bow more than anything else!

Gingerbread House & Twister

Adrianna had a slumber party with two of her best friends from school. They decorated gingerbread houses, made sugar cookies, watched movies, and played twister!

Grandma Pam helped the girls decorate
They weren't interested in having thier pictues taken!

The finished product!

Andrew wanted to play twister too! Notice his PJ's don't match... I think one of the girls dressed him. LOL

Andrew's 1st Birthday

Andrew Hayden is ONE!  It’s amazing how fast this year has gone. I STILL can’t believe we are a family of four! We have wanted another baby for a LONG time. Andrew is truly a blessing!! This past year has been a whirlwind to say the least but I have enjoyed every minute of it…watching my little boy grow, learn and come into his own little person has been WONDERFUL! He is a fast learner {He wants do everything his big sister does}

I took andrew to Tom Bagby for his one year pictures {I will post a few of them later} I thought I would try to take some pictures myself. They're not perfect but I got a few good shots & we had a blast! Andrew is such a good baby... He just laughed and giggled the whole time!

This one is my favorite! This is a look only a mother can capture.

I decide a small intimate party at home with his family would be best for his 1st party! He LOVES all his grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins soo much. They just spoil him rotten and he LOVES it! He had something new today that he never had before... CHOCOLATE!!

Once he took his first bite... he didn't want to stop!
He didn't want anyone's help either... good thing he had his own cake!

This is what the cake looked like before...

Hope you had a WONDERFUL birthday baby boy!
You are LOVED by so many!

MIA...

Sorry, I have been MIA from blog world… I have been enjoying the stay at home role. Andrew LOVES being home with mommy during the day. He is VERY Mobile and is into everything and climbs on everything. He is crazy about tractors, cars, truck, anything with wheels. He is still dealing with food allergies so he doesn't eat a lot and he only drinks soy milk. Adrianna has been keeping me super busy with school projects, cheer competitions, and basketball games. I LOVE that my girl is playing sports! I enjoy going to all of her games and cheering her on! I even custom ordered Andrew a few Pottsville APACHES shirts that say “Anna’s lil Bro” on the back!

I have been on several interviews and finally landed a new job!! I will begin working at Hewlett Packard in January… which means I will get to be home with my family the whole month of December. I will be able to celebrate Andrew’s first birthday and Christmas without the stress of a new job!

 I will blog more if when things get back to normal... In the mean time, here are a few pictures of the family...

Andrew gettng ready to go vote with mommy!

He still loves his horse and pacifer {which we plan on taking away from him soon}

My friend Dana gave Adrianna an art lesson. She entered this painting in the fair and got 2nd place!

The kids hanging out with Papa Tippit

Having lunch @ Mount Magazine Lodge {can you spot the hot pink arm cast?}
Adrianna fell off the neighbor's moped scooter and broke it!

A broke arm doesn't stop Anna from cheering for her boys!
