BITS + PIECES OF CHRISTMAS

The largest gingerbread house we've ever seen

Buddy is full of surprises...
He left Adrianna a replacement wallet
since I fell in the ocean and ruined hers.
He cleverly left the Hawaiian water too.
oh how we love when he visits!

Shopping on our last day in paradise...
I can't take these two anywhere!

They HAVE to see Santa every year
It's tradition - I LOVE that they still believe ;)
Christmas is a magical time!

Andrew loves helping in the kitchen.
We kicked off Christmas Season by decorating and making Holiday Pretzel Treats. They are so delicious, I could eat the whole batch. Especially, when you replace the M&M on top with a pecan. {{YUMMY}}

Andrew is so OCD and loves making patterns
which secretly makes me proud!

Adrianna founded Project Hope in honor of Papa Jimmy

She made & delivered goodie bags to the families of loved ones in the ICU at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center on Christmas Day. The Bible tells us in Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

I hope she was able to bring a few
families hope and happiness.

These smiles are my favorite!
Hugs from our family to yours, I hope you're
with people you love tonight.

XOXO

Holly Jolly Christmas Birthday

My baby is Seven!
While I don't like him growing up - I do love the little man he is becoming. He is kind, creative, intelligent, and thoughtful. He’s constantly coloring us pictures or saying kind words to show his love for each of us. He has stole all our hearts especially his sisters. He is a pretty "Swaggah" kid!

It's a little hard having a birthday in December.
Christmas festivities are in full swing and life is Busy with a capital B. Andrew is blessed with these two best friends... They always make time for him!

Jingles the elf made an appearance at the party as well.
Adrianna is the best big sister ever!

They decorated ninja gingerbread cookies

No party of Andrew's is complete without
playing his favorite game - HedBanz

’tis the season to be

jolly… fa la la la la… la.la.la.LAAA!

This time of year is always SO much fun, {busy too} we've been trying to squeeze in everything literally in two weeks since we don't celebrate until after Andrew's birthday.  Buddy our elf showed up and has been a little mischievous this year. Although he is not always naughty, he has been reading the Bible and highlighting scriptures for us to read.

There have been lots of festive activities going on around
here - baking yummy treats, attending parties, decorating, and our favorite cuddling on the couch while watching Christmas movies together.

BITS + PIECES.

Andrew has the cutest pre-school EVER! love this place.
He had his cute little Christmas concert and was adorable singing his Christmas songs. Afterward there were snacks and Santa was there too. It was so stinking cute.

love this time of year...

Stealing kisses from my baby boy

Wherever you’ll be spending the season, I
hope it’s Merry & Bright.

Cross your fingers our Arkansas Christmas is white!

jolly old saint nick...

The night we went to see santa was "pet night"... I was amazed at the amount of people who came to get pictures not just of their children with Santa but with their pets as well. The parents even coordinated their outfits! How stinking cute is that! ALMOST made me want a pet of my own. There were several people who didn't even have children with them... only pets.

I thought Pet Night = Dogs and Cats...
nope, they allow just about any species to have their picture taken with Santa. Jeremy's co-worker brought his two goats to see santa. Goats are not the cleanest animals nor do they mind very well.

Adrianna decided very quickly that goat-setting was NOT for her!

Santa Baby...

hurry down the chimney tonight...

I am way behind on posting... my printer will not upload my pictures from the memory card any more therefore I have to go to Wal*Mart now URGH

Andrew was so HAPPY to see Santa this year. Nothing like Here
Jeremy & I have been telling him about Santa coming to the house on Christmas Eve, filling our stockings full of toys and candy & leaving presents under the tree.  His eyes light up & he gets the biggest SMILE on his face!

He told Santa that he wanted a truck & car that makes lots of noises
 {he wants to wake up everyone in the house}

Adrianna told Santa she wants Toms, North Face Jacket  & a phone cover.

Santa told them only nice boys and girls get toys!

My niece, Destiny told Santa that all she wanted for Christmas this year was snow.
She seriously is the sweetest girl ever!

Santa made Jeremy tell him what he wanted for Christmas this year too!
I don't think he was prepared for that! LOL

Christmas

i love everything about Christmas morning, i love the anticipation, the sleepless child who wakes up every hour and asks if it's time yet {Adrianna} she tried to wake me up at 3am but I gave her the quick "no, it's too early...go back to bed until atleast 6!" in a groggy voice, and so she woke everyone up at 6:01 am.
our morning was a perfect combination of excitement, love, laziness & a big home-cooked breakfast. After a lazy morning, we went to Jeremy's Aunt Bennies house for yummy dinner, family, games and presents.

This year Andrew was excited about christmas.
He loved opening up his presents!

Adrianna {Hearts} her new cell phone & camera.
She told me she needs her own blog now... maybe!

On Christmas night, my father and step-mother came to our house
with toys, toys, and more toys! It was a beautiful day.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

First Attempt at getting a pic with Santa...

On the way to the mall, Adrianna & I would ask Andrew "Are you ready to see Santa?" and he would answer "Yes!". He was so excited but when we got inside and he actually seen Santa then he was terrified! He wouldn't have anything to do with him. Maybe next time...
